Our customers are looking for innovative strategies, creative concepts and exciting project management. We therefore support projects in various industries, such as the automotive industry or information technology and telecommunications.

We make it a point to provide enough space for the whole team and to use modern work equipment to create a pleasant working environment. Drinks such as water, coffee and various soft drinks are always available, and lunch breaks are welcome to be spent on our roof terrace. In addition, depending on the project participation, there is the possibility to work in a home office and to flexibly arrange one’s working hours. Finally: we strengthen our cohesion through monthly team meetings, where we also like to cook or barbecue together.

You can expect a dynamic team of currently just over 30 permanent employees and a handful of flexible part-time staff. Since we come from different backgrounds, we can look at projects from different angles, complement each other and learn from each other.

Each of our projects offers the opportunity to work independently and quickly take on your own tasks. Therefore, we require self-organization and a high customer and service orientation. On the one hand, the mostly independent project management entails a lot of responsibility; on the other hand, it offers a wide range of opportunities for further development.

The entire team is involved in internal decision-making processes, which is made possible by direct and short communication channels. This structure allows each employee to show initiative and take on more responsibility. In addition, teamwork becomes more innovative and action can be taken more quickly.
